Minnie was a strange cat, from the first. On our first farm, she lived with the chickens in the barn, she still loves to hang out with them when she can, and they love to be around her. She has taken to Maria’s Rapunzel Chair and Maria stops to greet her every morning. The two of them had always had a special connection, Minnie, who is very verbal, talks to her constantly, and when she is hugged, there is bliss.
Sometimes, in the morning, Maria works on training Chloe, the Haflingner-Welsh pony she loves. Chloe is very smart, very independent – like her human. She is really getting the idea of “push” and note Lulu, who butts Maria in her rear when she wants some attention. Donkeys get jealous. Come and see our life with these wonderful animals.
