Winston, hanging on

December 22, 2008 – Winston is hanging on, moving little in the cold, hugging the heat lamp. Annie and I bring him water, corn and grain, but I think he is close to the end. I found him lying in a corner of the barn today, not moving and brought him back to the lamp. He has defied the odds before, but he seems to be weakening.
