July 14, 2007 – Had a great talk and reading at the Red Fox bookstore in Glens Falls, N.Y., last night, attended by more than 60 people, including Web Designer Raeanne Wright, formerly of Mannix Marketing, now of Trampoline Design, above and in front of her filmmaker husband John Yost (and my photography instructor). The Red Fox is a super-classy independent bookstore, and a pleasure to visit Susan and Naftali.
  Raeanne built this website, one I had wanted for years, but couldn’t quite figure out how to do. She did great and patient work over months, and we had a blast, and she has become a great friend in the process, along with John. They are frequent and very welcome visitors to the farm, and I can’t express my gratitude at having this site, which has given me a voice and identity I cherish. John is also helping guide me into learning about digital photography, which I am also enjoying. Nights like that at bookstores like the Red Fox make being a writer worthwhile.
