August 5, 2007 – Great news. Jacob Worthington, a great and early friend of Bedlam Farm and me, has reappeared, and will start work Wednesday hauling firewood into the barn and onto the porch. He was one of the first friends I made at the farm, and worked hard here, and was often around,  helping me get settled in. We played chess every Sunday at the Bedlam Corners General Store, and I kicked his butt mostly. He was getting better, though, when the store was sold. Jacob is a great friend of Rose and the dogs, a great animal lover, and a very valuable friend. I am very happy he’s returned to work here. I missed him. He’s a foot taller and huge into paintball. Welcome back, Jacob.
