January 25, 2008 – Cold, as usual. Photo news. As of now, no new pictures will be added to the Photo Journal. The farm photos will all go up in one place, here on the Farm Journal. The Photo Journal will be converted into a Bedlam Farm Photo Gallery, where people can scroll through the better pictures, which will be archived and easy to see and scroll through.
  I will also be posting photos on photosbyjonkatz.com, my new photo website. For those of you who wish to check in, photo and textually, on the doings of the farm, you need only go to one place, right here.
  You will be able to go to the Photo Gallery (under construction) and photosbyjonkatz.com to browse the archives, see what I’m doing picture wise. For those of you asking, I am using a Canon 5-D, but to get closeups of animals, I highly recommend the 70-200 mm zoom, or the 80 mm macro portrait lens. The dogs in motion are usually shot at the aperture setting with a medium zoom. Most don’t turn out.
