January 27, 2008 – There’s an artist in one of my barns. I’m not sure how this happened, but it’s a wondrous addition to the farm and the Studio Barn, built a generation ago to fix appliances. Maria Heinrich is making a new quilt, “Skins”, and it’s quite strikingly evocative, beautiful. Neat seeing it come together. We are planning another Art Harvest this Spring, hopefully at Gardenworks if Meg will have us. More quilts, fiberworks, dogs, poems, food, date TBA.
