I needn’t have worried about Maria and Frida, the new goldfish I bought yesterday for my wife. I was worried she wouldn’t want a fish, but of course, she was delighted and has been visiting Frida and speaking with her regularly. In fact, there is talk of getting another goldfish to keep Frida company.
I should have know. The look on her face told me everything I needed to know, she just lit up when she came home and saw here. There are very few living things in the natural world that Maria does not love.
