Dog Sharing: Please Share Your Puppies With Me(Us)

by Jon Katz

Today, as promised, I resume my Dog and Pet initiative on the blog, I am pleased to make so many people happy and distract them from the sometimes discordant  world. When I talked about bad day Sunday, I was not speaking about me and Red, but about the the toxic rage pouring out of Washington.

Dog Love is real love, and love can change the world.  So far, more than 3,000 images of dogs and cats on my blog and Facebook Page. Thanks.

Today, I’d like to see images of your puppies, and I’m trying another experiment: using the popularity of this new feature to help raise money for Bishop Maginn High School and the needy refugees and minority children who attend the school.

The puppies can be dogs that are puppies now, or older images of your dogs when they were puppies.

The school is a haven for the vulnerable, this is what faith is all about, at least for me.

If you are enjoying the Dog Sharing program here at bedlamfarm.com, please consider send me $1 or $2 dollars via Paypal, all of it going to purchase shoes, clothes, jackets and school supplies for the school and it’s students.

This is purely optional, the Dog Sharing posts are free, there is no fee or charge for them. I’m just thinking this could be a good way to help the school at little cost to people.

So if you want to contribute $1 or $2 (or $5) dollars to this very worthy school, you can send it via Paypal, jon@ bedlamfarm.com, or by check, Jon Katz, School Donations, P.O.  Box 205, Cambridge, N.Y., 12816.

I don’t know if this will work or not, but it’s worth a try. Lots of people sending small amounts is the future of fund-raising, I think. Every penny will go directly to Bishop Maginn.

If you can’t or don’t wish to contribute  in this say, please enjoy the Dog Sharing series, it has touched a pretty deep button and is raising the spirits of a lot of people.

Post your puppies on my Facebook Page, I’m sorry, but I’m not on any other platforms than my blog.

Puppies are all about love, they will soften the hardest hearts and bring a smile to almost everyone’s face.
