Apple Cauliflower Pizza, A First For Me

Tonight (spurred by the fact that we had run out of pears,) I decided to innovate and use apple slices instead. It worked out very well. Along with the apple slices were tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, chopped cauliflower and broccoli bits, sprinkled feta cheese, and pine nuts.

The apple flavor worked with all the other flavors.

I’m fond of this dinner, it’s healthy light, and simple to make. I’m baking the crust at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, I like it to be a little crusty.
