I found this image in one of my archives; I don’t recall taking the photo or having any memory of it. It’s the kind of photo I usually spot right away, and it sometimes runs chills down my back, or warms me up, or makes me smile. I didn’t post it on my blog.
I did a double-take when I saw it; I had a lot of ideas about what I thought it was or what it represented. I leave it to anyone up there to make up their minds about it. The first thought that came to mind was that this was a spirit of the flowers, some Greek God who stumbled into our world, but that notion didn’t last.

I have photos like this as well. I love the details in God’s design in creation. I took a shot Monday of a violet like that and call it the violet monster.
wow! I see a person with outstretched arms…..welcoming and embracing love and energy. It’s a very evocative photo…….could be seen in a more sexual way…but that’s not how I’m seeing it today……………… Georgia is smiling on you

A musical angel playing one of those large pipe organs, with its many hands and feet. I can almost hear the music.
I see a leader, in the middle, raising their hands, with followers encircled around the leader. Maybe a flower cult?
The image evokes the feeling that something or someone is inviting, beckoning the viewer into a realm of intense intimacy. I don’t mean romantic or sexual intimacy necessarily, but an intimacy of soul. A soul journey of intimacy into all the little nooks and apertures this flower presents. An intimacy that bids me go beyond anything I’ve ever known. To know the depths and breadth, perhaps, of all creation, and to know the Love that exists within. It’s an invitation, a beckoning, a drawing, to come closer, farther, deeper into love and beauty than I ever thought possible.
