We don’t recruit for the Army of Good; they have always found us, and there is no signing up, payments, or pressure, lists, or texts. The Army of Good is all about doing good, and it is voluntary in every way.

The Cambridge Food Pantry has touched our hearts and our patriotic commitment to kindness and freedom. AOG people are all over the country, all kinds of people, blue and red; no one needs to pass any political identity test, no one wants to know.

I’ve never sent anyone in the Army of Good a text asking for money; I wouldn’t know how to. I don’t have any of their addresses collected or stored anywhere. I never know who is giving what, or not. It’s not my business.

They give what they want when they want in whatever they can afford. I’m astonished by the work they do, inspired by them, and humbled by it. My America is all about kindness and generosity and the big hearts that live all over the country and define the true America. Thanks to you. Anyone is free to join, leave, contribute, or not. Everyone is free, period. No one has ever been asked for a passport. There are no passports, and no AI spirits either. Just people fighting for people. I work hard to take pictures of everything the AOG sends; they ought to see that for themselves. They are appreciated.

The welcome wagon. Everyone who comes is greeted, welcomed, and made to feel comfortable. The staff knows just about everyone who comes, down to whether or not they need a bathroom. Visitors are shocked by how welcome they feel and how much they like the healthy food.
