Message of Thanks to the Army of Good: A Pantry customer messaged me to thank the Army of Good, especially for their help getting Baby Diapers. “We can’t keep up with the price of everything now, but helping us with diapers is a big deal – it leaves us free to buy things the children need and some additional food. I hope you know the good you do. I never thought I would be in this position. Diapers are not optional. Thank you. I am a working mother (two jobs) living alone with two small children, no father.”

Kim does a wonderful and sensitive job signing up the people who need food help. She knows and remembers everyone’s names, welcomes newcomers, and makes them feel respected and welcome. She also helps people create budgets and provides other resources (and candy). The Pantry is careful not to harm anyone’s pride or dignity.
