Sarah and I agreed to take the weekend off to support the Army of Good and the Food Pantry. Be back Monday.

I think all of us are tired, and we will need that energy in the future. Army of Good, thanks forever for your support. You have kept the faith for hundreds of people struggling to feed themselves and their families. New requests here on Monday. The Cambridge Amazon Wish List is open any time. They need everything.

The only gift we could think of was to give you the weekend off to be with your families and celebrate the holiday however you can. You have kept love and compassion alive for me and many others. Thanks for never giving up or burning out. You are a message to the world. People love. People care.

I hope to see you on Monday; there are empty shelves to fill. The last few weeks have been intense for all. You deserve a break.

The flowers will get their due. I gather some people find them important.

Meanwhile, the heat alert for my county has ended; no more Quarantine, at least for now. The people who think the Earth’s Struggle and Climate Change are a hoax are sad; I pray for them to open their eyes and think.

I’m going to take it easy this weekend; I also feel worn out (get some rest, Sarah), but I won’t forget my flower photos.
