Open House Hero: Welcoming Tyler At The Open House

Welcoming Tyler

I can’t tell you how happy I am to see Tyler Lindenholl back to help at the Open House. He showed up on a portable mower this morning to clear some space for parking in the lot next to our propery. Tylor, limping from a wrestling injury, is about a foot taller and hard-working and gracious as ever.

We missed him, he was gone for a few months milking cows on a dairy farm, but the farm was sold recently and he has some time. We will keep him busy this summer, stacking firewood and helping out on the farm.

Tyler is an impressive human being, he works fiendishly hard and has a pretty huge following on the Internet. One of the first things people ask when they show up at the Open House is “where’s Maria,” then, “where’s Red or Fate,” then “where’s Tyler?”

I am the official greeter and sheepherder, I am happy with my role in the world. Tyler will around all weekend helping people to park and doing some crowd control. It is a better and brighter Open House for having him here. If I had a son, I would be happy to have it be Tyler.

He pulled in grinning this morning on his mower, went right to work, paused only to get the dog treatment from Fate and Red.
