The sheep are learning one of the elemental lessons of life – sooner or later, they will do what Red tells them. Red and I start our days at 6 a.m. now, up before the chickens and before the heat gets too nasty. The sheep – not dog trained – are beginning to understand that Red does not go away, does not back down, does not give up. He is quite focused on his life and work. And like Rose before him, he gets it done.
This inspires me to to the same. To be respected. To live my life. To be strong and determined. To follow my own advice and listen to the inner spirit that always wants to come out and work.
