When Maria came running down the path holding the beautiful crystal she just pulled out of the ground, I saw the smile on her face, and I knew she was going to give it to me, and I wanted it very much. I knew I wanted to put it over my heart, where it would do the most good. Lots of people say crystals are healing – lots of people say lots of things are healing – but I love the beauty and story and timelessness of the crystal, I love the way she just knew where to go to look for it, I love that she wanted me to have it – she is such a loving and generous and spirit. Last night, she made it into a necklace and I am wearing it over my heart where it will stay.
If it has healing powers, that’s great, I am open to healing, if it doesn’t, it will be a powerful token of our love, and what could be more healing than that? This is a treasure to me.
