Pony mares are imperious creatures, they are willful and entitled. Sometimes Chloe has breakfast with the donkeys, sometimes with the sheep. She likes to eat low, as sheep do. When she comes over to the feeder, she noses the hay onto the ground so she can graze it. The sheep are hungry, but courteous and deferential.
