We picked Fate up in Virginia more than a year ago and we stopped to stay with our friend Deborah Glessner on the way back, she lives in Bucks County, Pa. We had only had Fate for a few hours, and I knew she was a smart and intensely energetic dog. I decided to train her to “come” right away, as soon as we got to Deb’s.
