Got page proofs recently for my first children’s book “Meet The Dogs of Bedlam Farm,” out next winter from Henry Holt Publishers. This is an exciting new chapter for me and my writing, and a showcase for some of my photographs, which are featured in the book. This is the story of my dogs, and how each came to the farm, and of how Lenore’s loving spirit affected all of us. I can’t wait to promote and talk about it. This book is gentle, and fun all the way, which will be a wonderful experience for me and a tribute to the wonderful dogs Maria and I live with.

I love writing about my dogs, and Frieda has added a wondrous dimension to my canine experiences. Seeing her settle in here has been very lovely to see and I am proud of the work we have done with her.
