The Silly Snow

The Silly Snow

In the country, there is an odd post-winter phenomena. They call it “The Silly Snow,” storms that come in late March or early April. They don’t last and nobody pays much attention to them. The plowmen don’t come, the plow trucks don’t plow or sand and everybody more or less has lost interest in the winter.

We just more or less ignore it. Today working on my next book and some videos. Maria has a show, along with other artists, at the Pember Museum in Granville (7 to 9) and I’m going to take some video there as the Pember is a wild and atmospheric place. Working hard on a spiritua life, and more about that later. Working on cynicism and also how fear corrodes spirituality and generousity. Finishing my Kinney Road video. Got to get to NYC to see my daughter soon.
