My story happens inside, outside. I write on 250-year-old old farm dining table, where meals were served and babies were born. On this beautiful old table is my computer – my keyboard, laptop, screen, all Apple, a creative eco-system that reliably and inefficiently handles my stories, words, videos, photos and blog. I could not do my work without it, and I am grateful for it and bless it every day.

My stories mostly come from outside, in the world of the dogs, donkeys, cats and the farm. A sweet morning, filled with ritual, greeting and love. Simon greeted me when I got up at 5 a.m., and then again, when Maria and I went out to do the shores. We were about to throw out some old cranberries, but no need to throw things out here.
