Black And White: Colors Of The World. Walking Away.

Black And White

Driving near Grafton, Vt., I passed this beautiful church front, and was drawn the perfect symmetry of it, and then, to the red flower in the window and green pennant. I think what many people love about religion is that is offers a clear, sometimes black and white view of the world. From my readings of the work of Christ, and of the Bibles and the Kabbalah, the ancient prophets and mystics did not see a black and white world, they saw many shades of colors, many shades of gray.

I do not see the world in black and white, I see so many shades of colors. Lately, I am learning to follow my own instincts. When I see something that troubles me, I walk away gently, not in anger or argument or judgment. I just walk away.
