Maria takes her art shows seriously and she has been running around frantically making up labels, hanging things, re-arranging things, putting up price labels. She will be in her Schoolhouse Studio tomorrow afternoon and Red, me, Lenore and Pearl will be deployed to greet people, run donkey tours, do herding demos, read from my next book, do therapy dog training demos. Maria has invited some great local artists – Marilyn  Brooks (landscape painting), Kim Gifford (collage and photography), Jame McMillen ((pincushions and fiber chickens) and Maria’s sister Fran will be showing and selling her mini-gardens.
