It is always a bit inspiring to me to see two of the farm’s dominant animals together, they represent different parts of the animal world, they mean different things to me, Simon a symbol of resurrection, Red a symbol of focus, work and companionship. They are both powerful symbols, each in their own way. They have both opened me up in different ways.
