The farm is covered in a sheath of hard and slick ice, too dangerous for normal sheepherding, Red moves them only in a “walk-up” the command to walk, rather than run to move the sheep. It’s an interesting thing about global warming, I completely accept the reality of it, but this winter doesn’t feel much like it.
