Ted the ram decided to mess with Red this morning, he butted him in the head, then took off by himself away from the herd. Red is generally a gentleman, but every now and then he is called upon to demonstrate his authority in the herd – we all know how men can be. Ted regretted the break, he didn’t get far, he had a border collie right up his ass,  pivoted and re-joined the flock.

I feel badly for people who really feel working animals is abusive to them. It is a joyful thing to see a border collie doing his or her work.
