From her first days as a feral kitten, Minnie has always been around the chickens. I remember when Winston the rooster was dying at the first Bedlam Farm, Minnie sat with him day and night for the last few days of his life, keeping the hens from pecking at his ailing body, as chickens will do. I think Minnie sometimes think she is a chicken, she loves to sit in the sun with the hens and hang out with them in the barn.
