Summer barn, White Creek, New York. We went to see the new X-Men movie in 3-D, we liked it a lot – the former girlfriend loved it –  there was plenty of head-banging across the universe and zillions of dollars of special effects, but the movie had spirited acting, a plot you had to give some thought to, and some heart and soul. It was a lot of fun.

I’ve invited George Forss to go with me Monday to see “Godzilla,” and he said “I am sorry to say yes!” George, whose whole life is a special effect, can not resist one. Monday morning, we are going to watch the Memorial Day Parade in Cambridge with George and Donna.
