Reynolds, Farmer

The town cemetery, closed to walking for the winter, has re-opened. It was good to go back there, each time we go I see something different. I imagine Mr. Reynolds was a farmer, I loved the artwork on his tombstone. The last time I walked her I was in  recovery from open heart surgery, I remember puffing up the hill to the top.

This time, I felt strong and comfortable, I was happy to remember the difference. I like the idea of real art on tombstones, as was often the case in the past. I hope Mr. Reynolds will touch off a revival. I plan on being cremated, but if I had a stone, I’d love to have Bedlam Farm drawn on it.
