Our Dahlia’s are late bloomers, they are temperamental, they are at their best when the other flowers are beginning to wither and fade. We have expanded our Dahlia garden over the past couple of years, and next year, we are adding a Cosmos garden and one or two others.

The idea is for the farmhouse to be ringed with flowers, Maria has a wonderful hand at gardening and the Dahlia’s know how to be noticed. I walked around the garden and shot a video of it to give a sense of what it is like now, with the lovely backdrop of dogs, sheep and donkeys.

This is the right home for us, we nourish it, it nourishes us.
