Fate had her staples removed at the vet Friday and is tearing around the farm at her usual maniacal pace. Her wound healed beautifully and we kept her still for days, which is a monumental achievement.

She was restless and complained quite a bit when we went out to the pasture and didn’t her, but she was a great patient. She didn’t eat her bandage and submitted to having her bandage removed and staples pulled with grace and patience.
