If Asher had ever butted Red the way he butted Zinnia, he would have lost a chunk of his nose and never tried it again. Zinnia didn’t quite seem to notice being butted, she turned and looked at Asher and licked him in the nose.

Startled, he touched noses with her, and they became friends. One by one, Zinnia has won over all the creatures on the farm.
