Smile If You See What I See

by Jon Katz

The flowers in and around our gardens are so beautiful I imagine them makes faces at me. I swear, I think I see a smiley face in the center of this Sunflower, which soars to about 10 feet along the side of our house.

It is important to smile, and necessary for our physical and spiritual health. Take a look and see if you see what I see. If you do, then please smile back.

  1. It s a beautiful sunflower, which never last long in my yard. An army of squirrels descend on them, despite, at the time, two dogs, and they would chew off the sunflower head, and take it up a tree to eat it. How do you keep the blasted flying rodents away from them. I would love to plant some and enjoy their smiley faces.
