Old farmhouses are simple structures but are often filled with treasures, like fine woodwork and beautiful windows.

In the morning, a strong sun shines in our farmhouse and falls on the old wood. On the left, the door leads to a closet, on the right, to the cellar.

There is more character and feeling in this old wood and these fixtures than exists in all of many new homes. I love the sunrise in our farmhouse, there is always beautiful light shining on  beautiful old things.
