Flowers Of The Day: (Actually One Flower, One Leaf, Blowing In The Wind)

by Jon Katz

We went to Vermont today to bring back the yarm the mill made from our sheep. We came home to a beautiful autumn day, and I took my flower of the day photos, only I was distracted by some leaves blowing in the wind.

So we have a flower of the day and a leaf of the day. The leaf was blowing wildly in the wind.

  1. When I saw your flower photo, I immediately saw a mystical winged creature. At first a dragon, then as I was explaining and showing my husband, I saw a fish like creature. He didn’t see it.
Isn’t it interesting how we all see something different in a photo of a flower?
