USA Pantry News. What’s happening elsewhere:

Massachusetts SNAP fell by about 80,000 households in a little over a year. New federal work rules took effect in November 2025. The Worcester County Food Bank, which supplies the Pantry, lost 17 of 97 planned federal food shipments earlier this year. Many pantries need eggs, milk, and bread, which people rarely donate, so cash gifts help most. The Cambridge Pantry is blessed to be in a rural farming area; farmers regularly bring fresh produce to the Pantry, as do a supermarket or two.
